Once inside you will see how our business model separates World Fitness from other health clubs.  We pride ourselves on catering to a smaller number of committed members because when a person invests in their health they shouldn't just become one of the masses.  World Fitness has created an environment, which is never crowded, open and airy yet exclusive.   

World Fitness History
World Fitness began in 2001 in North Charleston and expanded into Goose Creek in 2003.  The location in North Charleston has been a health club since the early 80's and is extremely popular because of the easy access to the 26 and 526 freeways.   The Goose Creek facility was exactly what the city needed due to the recent residential expansion. 

Machines and Equipment

ELLIPTICALS - A cross between the Stairmaster and treadmill, this no impact aerobic exercise machine can be used by beginners and conditioned athletes.

STAIRMASTER - Take a hike up the Empire State Building, or stride up the pyramids of Egypt. variety of programs for all fitness levels!!

TREADMILLS - Take a walk, jog or run in the comfort and safety of your club. No more icy roads, rude drivers or inclimate weather!!

FREE WEIGHTS - We offer a great free weight room for toning up or body building.

Machine Weights - We have high quality weight machines including Hammer Strength.
